Not a Government Agency
Personalpro Buyerset LLC, operating as PersonalPro DMV Assistance, is a private document and process assistance business. We are not a government agency, DMV office, DPS office, county tax assessor-collector office, law firm, or dealership, and we hold no government affiliation. We do not issue, approve, or guarantee the outcome of any registration, title, license, identification, or business filing. All final decisions rest with the applicable government agency.
Our Services
We provide administrative process assistance: helping you understand, prepare, and organize paperwork related to vehicle registration, titles, driver licenses, Texas IDs, and business filings. This assistance is not legal advice. If you need legal or tax advice, please consult a licensed attorney or tax professional.
Fees
Our services involve two separate types of fees: the PersonalPro service fee, which we charge for our assistance, and official government or agency fees, which are set by and paid to the applicable government agency. We will always explain both before you agree to move forward. PersonalPro does not set or control government fees and cannot guarantee they will not change.
Processing Times & Approvals
Processing times, approvals, and final outcomes are determined solely by the applicable government agency. PersonalPro is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by any government agency.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents. PersonalPro relies on the accuracy of the information you provide when preparing and organizing your paperwork.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PersonalPro’s liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount of the PersonalPro service fee paid for the applicable service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
